Audio producer
I have wide-ranging experience producing audio documentaries, podcasts and radio programmes for national radio.
At BBC Radio 4 I’ve produced episodes of the Food Programme on: the transformation of Buckfast; The Wild West of Whisky; viral viennoiserie, the future of food writing; smoke, fire and flame; climate change and winemaking; celebrity-branded drinks; Scotland’s Good Food Nation bill; the art of paying closer attention to our food and more. The Food Programme episode I am most proud of is ‘Glasgow: Seeking Asylum and Finding Refuge in Food’, for which I won best radio programme at the Scottish Refugee Council media awards. I have also produced an episode of Archive on 4 called Motorway City, Pick of the Week and The Reunion.

Broadcast journalist
I’ve reported stories for The Food Programme and Feedback on BBC Radio 4. Topics include the murky world of whisky cask investment, traditional smoking methods in food and drink, hype bakeries and Glasgow’s refugees and asylum seekers.
I’ve reported on topics such as food & drink, foraging and homelessness live on BBC Radio Scotland, and reported packages for programmes including Good Morning Scotland, Out of Doors and Sunday Morning. You can watch a clip from my TV report for BBC News on Magnet Fishing here.
I also produced/presented two series of the podcast A Future Made, and have hosted the Greater Govanhill radio show.
