I’ve reported stories for BBC Radio 4, BBC News and BBC Radio Scotland, and produced episodes of The Food Programme, Archive on 4, The Essay, The Reunion and Pick of the Week.

In 2024, I co-founded the Glasgow Bell, part of Mill Media’s growing stable of titles reinvigorating local news across the UK.

I have bylines in the Guardian, National Geographic, Vittles and Noble Rot. I’ve also worked as a restaurant reviewer for the List in my home city of Glasgow, and as an Edinburgh Fringe reviewer for the Sunday Times.

As a freelance audio producer I make documentaries for the BBC and independent production companies, and report for national radio.

As a food writer I’ve written and reported on climate change, environmental issues, politics, food systems, land reform and the drinks industry.
